3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. Refund eligibility will depend on the organizer’s policy.
4. No Refunds For
Refunds are generally not available for failure to attend, change of plans, late arrival, incorrect ticket selection, lost tickets, or failure to meet event entry requirements.
5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If you believe you were charged twice or notice an unauthorized transaction, contact Nifty Entry support promptly with your transaction details so we can investigate.
6. Event-Specific Policies
Some events may have their own refund or cancellation terms. Where applicable, the policy displayed on the event page or ticket will apply.
7. Refund Requests
Where a refund is permitted, contact Nifty Entry support with your name, purchase details, ticket/order reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment method and communicated timeframe.
