We use your information to process ticket purchases, deliver digital tickets, communicate with you about orders and events, confirm payments, and operate organizer accounts and contracts.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary with event organizers (so they can verify your ticket at the door) and payment providers (so they can process your payment). We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Digital Tickets & QR Codes

Each ticket includes a unique QR code used for entry verification. This code is tied to your order and should be treated like a physical ticket - don't share it publicly.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain order and ticket records for as long as needed to support customer service, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting requirements.

7. Your Choices
