1. Who We Are

NiftyEntry ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a ticketing service that lets event organizers list events and sell tickets, and lets attendees discover events and purchase tickets.

2. Using the Platform

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, purchasing tickets, or listing an event. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Buying Tickets

When you purchase a ticket, you're buying it from the event organizer, not from the Platform directly - we facilitate the sale and payment. Ticket prices, refund policies, and entry requirements are set by the organizer and shown on the event page before you check out. Digital tickets are non-transferable unless the organizer states otherwise.

4. Organizing Events

If you list an event, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including dates, pricing, venue details, and any restrictions. Commission, fees, and settlement terms are agreed separately through a partnership contract before your event goes live.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers (such as Paystack) or via direct cryptocurrency transfer. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by payment providers, blockchain networks, or incorrect payment details submitted by a buyer.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is set by each event's organizer and displayed on the event page. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organizer is responsible for communicating refund or exchange terms to ticket holders.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to list fraudulent events, resell tickets in violation of an organizer's terms, or attempt to interfere with the Platform's normal operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including issues arising from third-party payment processing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
